Misty Ridge Altair's Samaurai was purchased in 2008. Based on his conformation, bite, histogram and 2008 Skin Biopsy results we feel he will be a good addition to our breeding program. He has an extremely high character fleece with a very pronounced high frequency low amplitude style.
Samaurai has also done well in the show ring. Judge’s comments: “I could handle this fleece all day, incredibly bright, beautiful density. This is what we as an industry need to be breeding for”.
Samaurai is co-owned with Hazel Farrell, Eric & Laurie Kreis, Carol-Anne Lonson, Cynthia Myers and Ian Watt. He is available for breeding in Colorado from mid-July through mid-October.
